Find Your Room

The Ultimate Travel Convenience

Whether you are facing a grueling 12-hour international layover, a flight cancellation, or an agonizingly early morning departure, leaving the airport to find a bed is often more stressful than simply staying awake. Navigating unfamiliar public transit, paying for expensive late-night taxis, and clearing security a second time can ruin your journey.

Airport hotels eliminate this friction entirely. Today’s major aviation hubs feature incredible accommodations ranging from hyper-efficient airside sleep pods that you can book by the hour, to spectacular five-star luxury hotels physically connected to the terminal buildings. Sleep soundly knowing you are only a short walk or a quick terminal train ride away from your departure gate.

Accommodation Styles to Fit Your Itinerary

Airside Transit Hotels

Located entirely past security and passport control. These are the perfect solution for international layovers because you do not need to clear customs or possess a transit visa to check into your room. Simply walk from your arrival gate straight to your bed.

Landside Connected Hotels

Located before security, these hotels are physically attached to the airport terminal via walkways. They are ideal for passengers with very early morning flights who want to arrive the night before, or travelers who need to collect their checked baggage before resting.

Sleep Pods & Cabins

For shorter layovers (3 to 6 hours), micro-hotels and high-tech sleep pods offer incredible value. These compact, soundproofed spaces feature comfortable flat beds, charging ports, and Wi-Fi, allowing you to pay by the hour for exactly the amount of rest you need.

Premium Shuttle Hotels

Located on the immediate perimeter of the airport grounds. While not physically attached to the terminal, these hotels offer 24/7 complimentary shuttle services that drop you directly at your departure door in under ten minutes, often at a more economical price point.

Airport Hotel FAQ

Do I need a visa to stay at an airport hotel?

It depends entirely on the location of the hotel. If you book an Airside Transit Hotel (located past security), you generally do not need a visa, as you technically have not entered the country. If you book a Landside Hotel (located before security or outside the terminal), you must pass through customs and passport control, which means you will need the appropriate visa for that country.

What happens to my checked luggage?

If your luggage is checked straight through to your final destination, you will not be able to access it while staying at an Airside hotel. Make sure to pack all your necessary toiletries, medications, and a change of clothes in your carry-on bag.

Can I book a room for just a few hours?

Yes! Many specialized airport transit hotels (like YOTEL, Aerotel, and Minute Suites) offer flexible day-use or hourly rates specifically designed for layovers, allowing you to book a room for 4, 6, or 8 hours during the day instead of paying for a full overnight stay.
