1. Introduction

Welcome to Airport E-Pass. By accessing our website and booking our airport services (including Meet & Greet, Lounge Access, Fast Track, and Transfers), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Airport E-Pass acts as an agent and provider for various airport services. While we strive to ensure seamless service:

• Meet & Greet: Agents will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight lands or the scheduled meeting time.
• Lounge Access: Subject to capacity and specific lounge rules (dress code, behavior).
• Transfers: Vehicle types are subject to availability; upgrades may be provided at no extra cost.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

The customer is responsible for ensuring they have:

• Valid travel documents (Passport, Visa).
• Correct flight information provided during booking.
• Sufficient time between connecting flights. We are not liable for missed flights due to tight scheduling by the passenger.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tavaf Turizm is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, airport closures, or security emergencies. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
